Hi! Thanks for your interest — I read every submission! You can fill out your form after having a look at these quick notes.
This is only a preliminary consultation, and doesn’t guarantee an appointment. I’ll respond to accepted forms with an estimated quote of sessions, instructions for paying the deposit, and booking.
rates & schedule:
I'm currently looking to book August to October projects.
I tattoo Tuesdays–Fridays, starting at noon.
Half-day (up to 3 hours): $650 flat.
Full-day (4–5 hours): $1100 flat.
Multiple sessions may be required for some designs, spaced at least 4 weeks.
This gap can be longer to accommodate budgeting and schedules.
deposits:
style & subject matter:
I work in my drawing style, and only in black & grey.
Reference images are welcome as inspiration or placement guides, but I won’t copy other artists’ work — please have a look my work to familiarize yourself.
I love zoological and botanical subjects, ukiyo-e florals, and other Asian nature-themed artwork. I may accept other ideas if I think they will suit my style.
Some pieces include freehand elements, so a complete stencil isn’t always provided.
cover-ups:
Not all cover-ups will be possible. Better candidates will be very faded or have tiny/dainty script/linework.
Cover-ups must be larger and darker than what they are covering.
I am very particular with what cover-up projects I can confidently take on; therefore, not all cover-up proposals will be accepted.
what I usually won’t do:
Reworking tattoos — I often suggest laser removal as a first option.
Adding to existing tattoos by other artists or my previous work, unless it genuinely fits the project or if I will be able to rework the entire tattoo.
Scenery pieces, script/text, or geometry-heavy designs.
other helpful info:
You will need to be able to take photos of the area you'd like to have tattooed. Use my placement photo guide to help.
Please read my full tattoo policies, especially if you have not been tattooed by me before.
I’m a one-woman shop and take time to review submissions — thanks for your patience!
